服务说明
1. 当前顾客流程
NFC 卡或备用二维码打开该店的 TapReview 顾客页。页面上的 Google Review 按钮对所有顾客相同，并打开 Google 官方评价表单。会员绑定、余额、stamp、voucher 与店内权益是独立流程，不以评价作为条件，也不以奖励换评价。
2. 会员与店内付款
顾客须先通过 WhatsApp JOIN 完成绑定，系统才显示该顾客的会员记录及可用操作。Cash 或 PayNow 款项直接支付给商家；TapReview 不代收、不保管余额，也不是电子钱包。Top-up 只有在授权员工确认商家已收款后才写入记录。
3. 商家责任
- 提供准确的店名、Google Review 链接、员工授权号码、付款方式及活动规则。
- 负责商品或服务、收款、退款、促销兑现及顾客售后。
- 只向已同意接收通知的顾客发送会员消息，并尊重 STOP、退订及删除请求。
- 不得筛选只让满意顾客评价，或以折扣、礼品和会员权益换取评价。
4. 试点与规划中功能
网站上标示为“试点”、“开发中”或“规划中”的功能并非所有商家都已启用。进阶 promotion、voucher transfer、rebind、多档口报表、社交媒体与 AI 自动化，只有在书面确认并完成测试后才会启用。

Service information
TapReview is currently onboarded as a pilot. This website does not charge merchants automatically. Final features, fees, payment method, start date, and cancellation arrangements are confirmed in writing before setup.
The NFC card opens the shop customer page. Its Google Review button is the same for every customer and opens Google’s official review form. Membership benefits are independent and are never exchanged for reviews.
Customers must complete WhatsApp JOIN before member records and actions appear. Cash or PayNow goes directly to the merchant. TapReview does not collect funds, hold balances, or operate a wallet. Staff confirmation is required before a top-up is recorded.
